Appeal against 5-second time penalty (originally TDZ-S1-ARL-001)

Driver appealed a time penalty issued during the League S1 Round 1 for a track limits infringement on Lap 8. After reviewing the on-board footage and comparing against the track limits definitions published for the event, the stewards found the original penalty was issued incorrectly — the car was fully within limits at the exit kerb.

PENALTY:Original penalty dismissed on appeal. Race result reinstated to pre-penalty position.

Unsafe re-entry to track after running wide — near-miss with following car

After running wide at the exit of the fast chicane, the driver re-entered the track without checking mirrors, creating a near-miss with a car running at racing speed. The stewards considered this a serious breach of safe driving protocols.
